The Lighting the Way Award recognizes an individual who has played a vital role in leading the way for others in the advising and student success community at UT. A seasoned professional who goes above and beyond to help others, this individual shows laudable commitment to the profession of advising and is a “light” to those around them.
Eligibility:
- The individual will be a member of TennACADA for a minimum of two years.
- Individual should be in one of the following roles: Advisor, Career Counselor, Academic Coach, Transition Advisor, Academic Success Advocate, Coordinator.
